The short version: your invoice contents never reach us — and your account record is a handful of fields you can see, export, or erase any time.

• The free tools run entirely in your browser. Invoices, customers, amounts, your logo — all of it stays in your device's local storage. It is never sent to us. You can verify this in your browser's network tab.
• If you create an account, we store exactly: your email address, when you joined, whether a subscription is active, and a usage counter. View, export, or delete that record any time at /account — deletion is instant and total.
• So you can see who is signed in as you, we also keep a short security record: for each signed-in device, the browser and operating system it reports and the city or region your network resolves to, plus a list of your last 30 sign-ins and security changes. We do not store your IP address. All of it is shown to you at /account — a security log you can't read protects nobody — and all of it is deleted with your account. Sign a device out and its record is removed immediately.
• Your 3 free invoices are counted in your own browser, not on our servers — which is why they need no account. Clearing your browser data clears that count along with your saved documents.
• No analytics scripts, no trackers, no ad networks. The only cookie is one essential session cookie, set when you sign in and removed when you sign out.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. When you buy, our server checks your checkout session with Stripe to issue your license — that check uses only the session reference, not your payment details.
• Getting paid by your customers doesn't involve us at all. Your payment link or handle is saved on your device with the rest of your business profile, and the scan-to-pay code on your invoice is drawn in your own browser — not fetched from an image service, which would hand your payment address to a third party. Your customer pays you directly through your own payment app; that money never passes through us and we never learn whether an invoice was paid.
• Clearing your browser data erases everything the tools saved. We have no copy — that's the point.
