Plain-language terms for using this site and its tools.

• The free tools are provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranty. They generate documents from numbers you enter; you're responsible for what you send your customers. Nothing here is accounting, tax, or legal advice.
• The free tier: your first 2 documents are free — no account and no card required. We count them in your browser; while account syncing is on for your account and you are signed in, we count them on your account instead, across every device you sign in on. A document is an invoice or an estimate, and printing a blank template from the template pages counts as one; printing the same pad again does not. Unlimited use is $8.99/month or $75/year, and anything you've paid for stays available for the full period you paid for.
• Your account: keep your password and two-factor recovery codes safe — we can't read your password and can't bypass your 2FA. Manage or delete your account any time at /account.
• We are not a payment processor. The scan-to-pay code and payment link on your invoices point at an account you control at Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, or whatever service you chose. We never hold, move, or see that money, and we take no cut of it. Check that the link you enter is your own — we print what you give us. Anything that goes wrong with a payment is between you, your customer, and that payment service, and their terms and fees apply, not ours.
• Refunds are fair by design: 30-day no-questions on everything, pro-rated after that so you never pay for unused time, and billing errors always refunded in full. The complete policy with worked examples: /refunds.
• Subscriptions cancel in two clicks at /cancel — self-serve, no retention hoops, no chat queue. You keep access through what you've paid for.
• Founding Lifetime means the lifetime of this product: every Pro feature it ever has, for as long as it exists, no further payment.
