Cancel Pro

Canceling should be the easiest thing this site does. Here's the whole process:

Monthly or annual subscription

Open billing in your account →

Sign in and open Billing. Cancel subscription is one button, and the screen names the exact date your access ends before you confirm anything. No chat queue, no retention script, no phone call, and you are never asked why. You keep Pro until the end of what you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Changed your mind before that date? The same page turns it back on. If you can't get in, email [email protected] or reply to your Stripe receipt email — both reach a person who will cancel it for you

Founding Lifetime

There's nothing to cancel — it was a one-time purchase. It never bills again.

Subscribed inside the iPhone app?

Then Apple bills it and Apple cancels it — we cannot do it for you, and nobody here can. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Trade Invoice Tools. Or open the app and go to Account → Overview → Billing, which opens the same Apple screen. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Deleting your account

Canceling a subscription and deleting your account are separate things — both are self-service at /account. Deleting the account erases everything we hold about you — on Pro, the encrypted copies of your documents too, with the key copies deleted first — and still touches nothing saved on your devices.

Want your money back?

Fair refunds are the policy: 30-day no-questions on everything, then pro-rated so you never pay for time you didn't use. The whole policy, with the math, is at /refunds. Requesting one is a one-line reply to your receipt.

What happens to your data?

Nothing is deleted. Everything on your phone or computer stays there — invoices, estimates, job photos and notes. What already synced on Pro stays in your account, encrypted: you can still open your documents and delete them, and we still can't read them. Your letterhead stays on your account and comes back the moment you sign in.
